Once your order is placed online, most items are handmade to order, there will be an in house processing time of usually 5 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-14 business days before your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, First class mail in the U.S. should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be
delivered and Priority mail should take 2-3 business days.. You will receive a shipping confirmation
email with a USPS tracking number for you to track your package.

Canada and International shipping cost is calculated by product weight and shipping address. A Tracking number will be provided for most international shipments. Please allow 7-14 business days for international and canadian shipping as each country's system for delivering packages is different.

Payment of customs fees and duties is your responsibility, and is due at time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

Most products are made specifically for your order, we have a no returns policay, only in-store credit or exchanges are available.
